Amahiko - "阿磨比古" - publication date unknown?
"Amahiko" is another yokai like Amabie, Amabiko which seem to be derivative from the JinjaHime story. - Sometimes simply called "Amahi" - "Amahiko" ""Amajiko" or "Nanihiko" - which are all other names for the "Amabiko" -
- This one in particular made the mistake of appearing to someone who was (rather famously) awful at drawing. Still, it’s said that if you draw or share it’s image you will avoid illness! -
It's another Prophetic Youkai who delivers the message of "Good harvest will continue for six years, if disease spreads, draw a picture of me and show the picture of me to those who fall ill and they will be cured." – so of course i had to draw it. Right now, we need all the help we can get.
