•About this Yokai•

Nuppeppō (JP: ぬっぺふほふ) –

a wobbly flesh blob that is a rare sight, its a relatively harmless, elusive yokai, except for the fact that ...IT STINKS!!

The Nuppeppo reek of a rank noxious smell, which is said to be more pungent than the stench of rotting flesh. -To make matters worse, despite how it looks its surprisingly agile, which makes it difficult to get rid of one that's hanging around. (you would be more likely to pass out from the smell first.) --BUT! if you can catch one, and if you decide to eat it, its been said that you'll be granted eternal youth... (if you can stomach it that is, yuck!!)

it doesn't have eyes, a mouth, nose, hands or any real features, the folds of its fat often resemble a face however... its name seems to be a corruption of the derogatory term "nupperi" slang, for someone who wears too much make up. -(although they share similar traits it should not be confused with the faceless Noppera-bo.)
