Koshinuke No mushi - 腰抜の虫 - 'Lumbar worm.' - [Yokai | Kannomushi]
• About this yokai: a cowardly butterfly-like worm that is found zipping around the lower back area, causing pins and needles, it eventually wraps itself around the spine & causing sweating, chest tightness & eventually a slipped disk with its pokey tail.
• Cure: Fortunately, it's cured by ingesting herbal medicine, especially Mokkō and Licorice!
