Mocc – “Canada Mountain Creature Caught Running Behind Google street Car.” – [Cryptid|Critter?]

• About this Cryptid: The “Canada Mountain Creature Caught Running Behind Google street Car.” (or “MoCC” for short) was photographed on Duffy Lake Road, BC, Canada thanks to a google street cam back in 2018. – its a short, blurry, creature often interpreted to have a gecko-like reptilian face a long body, no arms and stumpy legs. The exact coordinates to see it are: 50 19’10”N. 122 33’45”W on Google earth (You’ll need to set the google cam timeline back to 2018) – [More info developing about it in the reddit thread where it was originally posted before blowing up on twitter last year. here] –

in true ‘big foot fashion’ the photo is blurry, so a lot of people think its a stump, a beaver or a “monkey” (but i don’t think we have monkeys in BC.) – whatever it is: it seems to move as you move along too. it seems someone chopped the trees down in the area since then as well!

Although this cryptid is definitely a modern one: it is interesting to note that there are also sightings of smaller, bipedal lizards on Vancouver island. (with news articles dating back to the 1920’s!)
